Exhibited at the juried exhibition sponsored by the Florida Suncoast Watercolor Society at the Venice Art Center, November 2012. In this painting I had used watercolor in an opaque manner, like oil painting.
About Roger Parent
Roger Parent is a MASTER SIGNATURE MEMBER and served as President of the Florida Suncoast Watercolor Society, FSWS, 2011 - 2013. His work has received numerous awards and been accepted in regional, statewide and national juried exhibitions for his skillful use of vibrant color and lively brushwork. He is a direct painter and works primarily in watercolor, acrylics and pastels. He is a: SIGNATURE MEMBER of the Florida Watercolor Society, FWS, and was accepted in five of their recent annual statewide juried shows, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016 & 2017.
